PRODUCTS and SERVICES
All the machines presented on the website www.machine-tools-auction.com are available for sale, and are under the property of SAMO Company.
They are stored in France in the premises of the company SAMO, 74130 BONNEVILLE - France.
Machines are second-hand and sold as it is, without guarantee.
The technical characteristics and the photos are given as a rough guide without commitment of our part, although this information is in safe sources.
TERMS OF SALE
Machines can be inspected under appointment.
Any bid engages you directly.
The schedules of the beginning of the bids and the close of the bids are a function of schedules in metropolitan France.
Any bid can only be accepted if it is done in the time dedicated to the auction (schedules in metropolitan France) and before the end of the auction.
The SAMO Company reserves the right to remove a machine of the bid at any time.
The French law is applicable. In case of dispute, only the terms of sale in French are valid.
FUNCTIONNING OF THE AUCTIONS
In order to place a bid on a machine, you will have to open an account with valid data.
You can decide to follow or place a bid on any machine.
The bids are increasing by 100.00 Euros steps.
In order to place a bid, you can validate the amount proposed (100 Euros higher than the best offer), or enter a maximum bid of your choice.
If you are offering the best price, a green informer indicates you that you are the present winner (Until another person offers a better price, or until the end of the auction time). On the other hand, a red informer indicates you that you are loosing the auction.
If you are the present winner, and if a better bib is placed on the machine, you will receive an email to inform you and to allow you to place a better bid in order to stay the winner.
Each machine is subject to a reserve price. If that price has not yet been met, the indication « Reserve not met » will be written in red next to the item's current price. Once the reserve price has been met, the indication « Reserve met » will be written in green.
If a bid is placed in the last 10 minutes, the auction is prolonged of 10 minutes.
At the end of granted time, if you are winning, an email will be sent to you to mean you your earnings.
PRICES
Our prices get in Euros, without VAT EXW following the INCOTERM 2000.
Our prices get « machine loaded on truck, EXW SAMO – LA ROCHE SUR FORON ».
There is no auction tax. Only the French VAT is applicable in case of sale in France.
The sales which concern the companies of the member countries of the EEC and except EEC and which will leave machines in France will also owe settled the French VAT or will have to bring us the proof of the export of France.
Method of payment:
The payments have to be done before loading the machines and in a maximum of 15 days after the auction end.
The payments have to be done with an ACQUIS SWIFT for the buyers out of France under Proforma Invoice made by SAMO SAS and after the auction acceptance.
Payments online are not allowed.
DELIVERY
Our prices are « machine loaded on truck from our warehouse SAMO SAS – 74130 BONNEVILLE - FRANCE ».
The loading of the machines has to be done in the following 4 weeks after the end of the auctions, under appointment.
The buyer is responsible of the transport, Insurance and importation of the machine in his country. Thus, the buyer has to make sure that the items can be imported, and has to settle expenses connected to the import.
A preparation for the sending (plastic protection against the rust) can be supplied for an additional cost. To make us a request of offer.
The documents of load and export are at arrangement.
